With a tired lobby and limited amenities, this building was ready for an update. In the competitive downtown market, the goal was to update the lobby and add amenities that would help this building stand out to prospective tenants. With limited space and a large amenity program, the design had to be flexible and multipurpose to provide a professional touch down spot to grab coffee with a client or a place to host HH and game night. The design was classic with thoughtful attention to details, inspired by the inhabited of the building. The tenants work hard, but equally and importantly need a space where they can unwind and “play”.
